  • 1-on-1 Training - R450 per session

    Virtual Training (via video call) - R350 per session

    2-on-1 Training (Train with a partner) - R700 per session (R350 per person)

    Small Group Training (3–4 people) - R1,000 per session (split between group)

    Starting from R4000 per month for weekly sessions.
